The new ASAPS City Public Works Department head administrator took office today. During his first speech, he assured attendees and the public that his main goal was to keep infrastructure in the city from crumbling.

Some of the schools and buildings still have the same holes in walls and ceilings from when I was a kid…50 years ago… @ASAPS KGTV News
